Our team conducts a high volume of telephone surveys that vary considerably in terms of the approaches used, the purpose, and the target audiences. Phone surveys include, but are not limited to:

  • Large-scale projects with the general public and with specialized populations
  • Surveys using available lists or where lists need to be created as part of the study
  • Surveys where proxy respondents are used to provide feedback for others
  • Surveys that require parental permission for youth under 16 to participate
  • Surveys in languages other than English or French.

Mail surveys include self-administered surveys distributed and collected by mail, fax, email or a combination of these methods. Our considerable experience with online surveys has been with stakeholder groups, clients and staff. Where necessary, we use a combination of methodologies to meet the research objectives.
