In this part of the website, we present a set of short abstracts for a cross-section of studies undertaken by Phoenix professionals in recent years. These abstracts provide a sense of the types of research assignments undertaken by Phoenix team members, as well as the manner in which such assignments were conducted. The case studies profiled attest to the wide array of topics and research challenges tackled by our team.
Organized by area of expertise, the main focus of these profiles is on research conducted for the Government of Canada. Confidentiality agreements prohibit us from identifying the details of research conducted on behalf of our private sector clients. Unlike private sector studies, public opinion research commissioned by the Government of Canada becomes public through the Access to Information and Privacy Act (ATIP) and through routine submission to the National Library of Canada and the Library of Parliament.
